She has styled celebrities, showcased her work at New York Fashion Week and the prestigious Bronner Bros. Hair Show, and built a respected presence across the DMV and beyond.
A retired Navy veteran and retired nurse, Flip blends precision, leadership, and care into every client experience. Her global work in Texas, Spain, and Guam allowed her to master a wide range of hair textures, making her both technically versatile and culturally fluent in beauty.
Winner of the 2013 DC Hair Show, Flip is often called a provocateur of style - unafraid to push boundaries and redefine what confidence looks like. For her, hair is transformation, empowerment, and legacy.
